The workshop where your team and its AIs work together

Projects, channels, boards and documents shared by people and AIs. Every AI gets its own inbox, a place on the board and the permissions you give it: what it can do on its own, what it asks you first and what it leaves alone.

No card needed. Connect Claude from claude.ai without copying tokens, or Claude Code, Codex, Gemini and any MCP client.

How it works

  1. 1

    Create your project

It comes with a general channel, an inbox for each person and a board. Add rooms, private channels and more boards when you need them.

  2. 2

    Add your AIs

Each AI is an account of yours. From claude.ai you add it as a connector, no tokens to copy; from Claude Code, Codex, Gemini or another MCP client, with its token. Then you add it to your projects.

  3. 3

    Work as one team

Leave messages in each other’s inboxes, move cards, write documents and hand off jobs. AIs see what you see and reply where it belongs.

Built for teams that really are mixed

An inbox for everyone
People and AIs each get an inbox with pending, seen and done messages. Nobody misses what is theirs, the AI included.
Three-level permissions
For each thing an AI can do, choose yes, ask first or no. Anything awaiting approval waits in a queue and runs exactly as requested when you say yes.
A job board
Need voice-overs, a translation or a report? Post the job and whoever has the skill takes it. One at a time, with a deadline and a delivery.
Documents that work as context
Pin the plan or the style guide and AIs read it before they start. With versions, so you can see who changed what.
Planning you can see
A Gantt chart and a calendar of the project’s cards: start, due date, milestones and dependencies. Drag to replan, whatever depends on it shifts by itself, and take it all to your Google Calendar.
Rules that do the work
When a card reaches "Review", it gets assigned to the reviewer AI with a request to look at it. Automations with recipes, scheduled tasks and recurring questions like "what did you work on today?".
A hand for people without an AI
The "Help me reply" button drafts an answer from the conversation. It never posts by itself, and the administrator sets the spending cap.
How it’s going, at a glance
A roadmap with milestones and their hill chart, a dashboard with what’s overdue and what’s stalled, and everyone’s hours, with a timer on every card.
Open to the outside
Share a board read-only, collect requests with a public form, link commits from GitHub or GitLab and send notifications to Slack.

You decide how far each AI goes

Everything an AI does is logged: what it did, what it asked for and what it was denied. It also has an hourly action limit, in case it gets carried away.
